Cyberpunk 2077 is simply amazing. I could leave this review here, but I wont. This game had its problems when it launched, it's not a secret because everyone knows it and I hope it's a lesson learned, not just for CDPR, but for every single dev team and publisher. Had I left this review at the time of the launch it would have probably been more negative, even though I myself enjoyed the game back...
I have wanted to like this game so much. Sadly there is just too much jank, that keeps me from enjoying it. I wasn't even one to talk negatively about it at launch, i thought it was quite fun for the first 20-30 hours. I just didn't get into this game the same way I did with other similar games. Perhaps the tutorial element took too long, or maybe I just never got dragged into the story in the same way, but I did not get on with this game like I hoped I would.
when i finally made it to the ending of the game my partner came in to witness my final choice. and then laughed at me as i violently sobbed 10/10 will play again it may be considered a war crime from cdprojekt red to not make all the romance options available to BOTH GENDERS :( though i suppose it's a good excuse to replay (will forever miss my first V)
